Dickie Bobcat! Part III and Hopefully the End...
I have been out of town during the latest round of winter storms, but we did receive a few inches of snow the other night. I went to bed with the phone and the correspondance from the police next to me.
At approximately 5:45 am., I was awoken by an odd-sounding truck. Not too loud, but a truck I don't normally hear in the neighborhood. As it continued to make noise, I peered out the window to find a plow! Except rather than finding two tractors and bobcats, I found a pick-up truck with a plow! To me, this is acceptable under the Town of Amherst's Noise Ordinance law.
Thus, I am claiming victory!
